Managing Director (m/f/d) Canada
Tasks
- Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Canada
- Providing proactive and dynamic leadership for a team of 20+ employees incl. warehouse
- Further develop and manage a dedicated channel network consisting of specialized distributors and dealers
- Establishing direct sales to customers as well as key account management
- Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
- Defining local mid- and long-term business plans
- Direct reporting to the German HQ
Requirements
- Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
- Very good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through channel partners and specialized dealers
- Sound experience in leadership roles with focus on sales, business development, and key account management - preferably incl. P&L responsibility
- Entrepreneurial, pro-active, and passionate sales-personality with conceptual capabilities
- Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
- Very good skills in English and French
- Trustworthy person living in the Greater Toronto Area or willingness to relocate
